Debrecen, Hungary
Our fundamental architectural intent was to create a composition that feels both natural and tranquil while also radiating energy and dynamism. On this irregularly shaped site, we arranged ten three-story buildings around a central courtyard, forming a cohesive ensemble. The buildings face this inner courtyard with lushly planted terraces that, over time, will transform into a cascading green wall. From a distance, the landscape is designed to evoke the image of a sunlit clearing nested within a green valley.

From the street and neighbouring properties, the buildings present rational, house-like façades, blending seamlessly with the surrounding urban fabric. Their structured front elevations contrast sharply with the softer, organic character of the inner park. The residential complex incorporates eco-conscious solutions that ensure sustainability and modern operational efficiency.
