Eszter É. Vágvölgyi
Partner, Senior Architect
Eszter graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2014. She is highly interested in the interactions of architecture, society and the environment as well as extraordinary residential places and lifestyles. During her studies she spent a semester in Lisbon and participating in the construction of the Pilgrim Chapel in the forest of Pannonhalma Archabbey has been a significant experience for her. She teaches residential building design at her alma mater.
Eszter joined BORD Studio in September 2014; she is a talented organizer, creative architect who manages her projects from the very beginning to the final stage. She had a major role in designing Uj Hidegkuti Nandor Stadium and as project leader of Forest Offices. She became a co-owner of our Studio in 2022. She is responisble for supervising and planning the protocol and use of design software.
Being an ardent critic she is a constant member of our design competition teams, and her presence was also crucial during the planning of the National Skating Centre.
Eszter is a loyal patriot of her hometown: Gyor but she feels at home in the Balaton Uplands as well where she enjoys gastronomy and blending in with local everyday life.
