Doczy Residential Park in Debrecen designed by BORD Architectural Studio has won Construction Industry Award in multi-apartment block category.
The 237 flat tiered building complex has been the biggest residential building investment of the past two decades in Debrecen. The cascading volume softens the strict construction and turns the rhythm of the lower, block-like buildings on the corner of Doczy street towards the mega structure of the concrete buildings dynamically.
